We’ll do our best to answer any of your questions you may have on your Graphic Design or Web Development project. However if you’re still not finding the answers you need please feel free to contact us!

How long will it take to complete my project?

This all depends on what exactly you’re looking for. However in addition to the monetary quote, we’ll also quote you on time.

How do I submit a request?

All inquiries must be made via email. You can email us at [email protected] or by heading over to our contact page.

How do you accept payment?

Currently we accept any major credit card through PayPal.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes we generally require a deposit to get jobs started. If you’re purchasing a domain or web space via a web provider that cost must be paid up front.

What is it like working with EMPIRE Digital?

We’re extremely thorough and attentive to your creative needs. You’ll work through a single point of contact with our Project Manager, and are ready to explain each step of the process so you’re in total control!

Why work with a smaller company like EMPIRE Digital?

We’ve found that the biggest problems with the large design firms are lack of energy, a lack of creativity and the consist urge to push clients out the door. With EMPIRE Digital you get a more personable one-on-one with our team that is much more attentive to your project.

Do you create physical printed materials?

Unfortunately we don’t but have contacts within that field to put you in touch with.

Do you offer up front pricing?

Since each job is unique in it’s own sense we do not offer up front pricing on most projects.

What we sell at EMPIRE Digital is time.

Clients can purchase blocks of time which we’ll disclose in our quote. These blocks can be used essentially for any of our services keeping in mind that depending on what you’re looking for, different areas will require more or less time depending on the nature of the job.

Currently we sell blocks of time in three hour intervals.

An example if you purchase a website that we quote out at 10 hours and purchase blocks of time that total 12 hours then you’re likely to have two hours left over to put towards another design project such as a logo or audio editing.

What kind of Graphic Design services do you offer?

We offer a whole range of graphic design services including logos and branding, poster design, flyer design, ad design and much more. Check out our services page for more info on everything we do at EMPIRE Digital.

Can't I just use photoshop or another photo program to create my own graphic?

You could however in the long-run it’s not going to be very practical and it’ll probably cost you more money. What we mean by this is when we create our graphics we create them with different scenarios in mind. For instance if we create a graphic for you we’ll make sure we provide a version that can be used by a printer if you wish to have t-shirts or other memorabilia made. Typically if you hand a printer an image you created on photoshop they’re more than likely going to either hand it back to you or charge you art fees that can get expensive.

What do I get at the conclusion of my graphic design project?

Like we state in the previous question, we design your projects with multiple scenarios in mind. So you’ll get different versions of your artwork in different file formats.

Is there any additional cost if I don't have a web provider?

We’re not looking to make money on the sale of another providers web space. So aside from setup, you’ll be charged the web providers pricing (with no up charge) for web space and domain registration.

What hosting provider do you use?

Generally we use Hostgator since they offer a array of different hosting packages with a bunch of different features. However if you already have hosting we’ll gladly work with your current hosting provider.

What platform do you use?

Again generally we use WordPress due to the customizability with that particular platform. Like hosting though if you are currently working with another platform we’ll work with you in getting your project completing on your own interface.

I need a domain name, any suggestions?

You need to be careful when it comes to picking a domain name. We recommend checking out our blog post on it.

Do you do e-commerce websites?

Yes we do! These generally however take more time complete and may require more maintenance over time. The shopping cart we use is WooCommerce.

Why is SEO so important?

“If a tree falls in the forest, does it make a sound?” That old cliche can be applied to your website. If there’s to a guiding light to it, does it really exist? Search Engine Optimization or SEO helps guide readers, customers and web surfers to your site to make it relevant and available to the World.

How do you improve SEO?

SEO can be incredibly tricky and confusing. Because of this we’ll only try and sell SEO if we believe it can be successful.

Do you research the keywords for me?

Of course! We give each job that personal touch which includes keyword research, website analytics and tracking, blog posts, web maintenance and improvements, link building and more!

Do I need social media?

In today’s World, social media is an incredibly vital aspect. Quite frankly if you’re not using social media within your business you’re way behind the times. Today, social media offers a wide range of features that can help elevate your business’ web presence and become much more engaging with your customers.

Is there a way to measure social media success?

Success in terms of social media is very ambiguous. On the one hand someone may measure success in terms of followers which really isn’t a good metric to use. Others may find success to be content engagement, spikes in web traffic and so on. So because of this there’s not one good way to measure a social media campaign’s success.

Do you offer social media services for beginner and more advanced projects?

We sure do! Social media is an ever evolving medium and new things are being introduced almost daily so it’s certainly understandable that some things may be more confusing than others. Especially when you’re implanting social media strategies into your business.

What social media platforms do you offer and can you manage them all?

We offer services on the most popular social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Linked In. Some of which are better than others depending on what you’re looking to do. We’ll consult you on which platforms will work best for you.

As far as managing all these platforms (plus more) we generally use HootSuite to do this.

Will you record my podcast?

We sure can. We can record and stream it live on various platforms as well as offer a video feed as well.

Will you upload my audio recording to video recording?

Absolutely! As part of our audio and video editing we will upload it to a website or social media platform.

What do I need audio recording for?

Audio recording can be a nice compliment to your marketing strategy. This can come in terms of a audio advertisement or podcast.
